Tripple Seven FD Z and Central Park Z are the winners of day 3!

During this third and last day of our Z-festival in Lanaken, it were today the oldest groups of fillies and colts who made their appearance in the ring. All the foals were born between January 1, 2023 and April 14, 2023.
Fillies
During the last series of fillies, 29 foals were presented to our jury this morning and it was the foal Triple Seven FD Z who was declared the winner just before noon. Triple Seven Fd Z was bred in the Netherlands by D.J.P.M. Jacobs and is a daughter of the Studbook Zangersheide approved stallion Toèmme de Regor Z and this in combination with Indoctro. The mother of Triple Seven FD Z is the mare Leni-Jo and she is also the mother of the GP stallion Essenar High Hopes (Phin Phin) and of the 1.45m horses Kaida CM (Kannan) and Kaleni Jo SV Z (Kannan).
The second place in this series went to the foal Cimie Tachor Z, who was bred by Gert Vlekken. Cimie Tachor Z is a daughter of Comme Il Faut out of the mare Colini Van 't Roosakker Z (Carthago Z). She in turn comes out of the mare Hiamant van 't Roosakker (Diamant de Semilly) and is so a half sister of the GP stallion VDL Groep Elegant Hero Z (Echo van 't Spieveld), but also of the filly Chiamantina Vd Berghoeve Z (Chacco Blue) who won the second series of the fillies yesterday.
For the foal Cartagena Z there was a 3rd place in this series. Cartagena Z was bred by Hof Brüning and is a combination of two of our stallions. Cartagena Z is a daughter of our grey stallion Codex Diaz Z and this out of a Taloubet Z dam. Grandmother Pristina van 't Schuttershof is also the mother of the GP horses Triomphe Van Schuttershof (Oklund) and Dakota V. Schuttershof (Darco) and also the full sister of the stallion Kashmir Van Schuttershof (Nabab de Rêve).
Colts
During the last series of colts, 31 foals were presented to our jury this afternoon. The victory went to the foal Central Park Z, who was also bred by Hof Brüning and is also an offspring of Codex Diaz Z. Dam Catania Z is a daughter of Cassini II and a half-sister of the GP horse Graciella 51 (Grap Top II).
Second place in this series went to the foal Celsius Poplar Z, who was bred by Lien Hendrickx. Celsius Poplar Z is a son of Conthargos out of the mare Victoria du Seigneur (Ogano Sitte), who jumped at 1.50m level under the saddle of the Italian rider Marcello Manganotti. She is also the full sister of the GP stallion Uganito du Seigneur and a half-sister of the 1.45m horses Bentley Junior du Seigneur (Bentley vd Heffinck) and Hockey Boy du Seigneur (Curby du Seigneur).
Finally, third place went to the foal Captain Gray A&S Z, who was bred by Alexandra Van Der Peijl and Scarlett Wieberdink. Captain Gray A&S Z is a daughter of our grey stallion Caribis Z and this out of the mare Earl Gray (Cardento VDL). She jumped at 1.60m level with the Dutch rider Wesley Mulder and is also the dam of the 1.50m horses I'M a Star (E Star) and J-Star (Big Star). And Earl Gray is also the half-sister of the mare Fancy Girl (Zirocco Blue VDL), who is currently jumping at 1.60m with the Irish rider Willie Tynan.
