Studbook employee (M/F)

Studbook Zangersheide VZW is one of the fastest growing studbooks in the world and registered almost 9,000 foals worldwide in 2023! In order to follow the increasing growth and to continue to guarantee quality, the studbook is looking for a few new employees.

Who are we looking for?

As a studbook employee you have a very varied position in which you have to be both very flexible and very meticulous. Flexible because the daily schedule is often different; in the busy breeding season, the day starts early and you are responsible for the semen orders of our stallions. You receive the orders by telephone or email and ensure that the packages leave with the couriers a few hours later.

Outside the breeding season it is especially administratively very busy at the studbook office. The foals that are registered with Studbook Zangersheide all need a passport, an important document that must be drawn up with the utmost precision. Collecting the correct data, following up on the lab results in connection with parentage control, printing the passports,… You supervise this process from application to shipment.

In addition, you are a warm and friendly person who keeps calm in every situation and helps our customers with great patience, even in busy situations.

Fluent knowledge (both oral and written) of Dutch, German, English and French is an absolute must for this position.
