Conditions
Registration mare
The mare must be registered with Stoeterij Zangersheide. A single (free) registration of the mare can be done by providing a clear copy of the passport to Stoeterij Zangersheide NV. Registration is not necessary for mares registered with Studbook Zangersheide VZW.
Procedure for using semen
- The semen will at all times remain in the possession of Stoeterij Zangersheide NV and be stored in one of our stations.
- Permission to use frozen semen for one session will be given after Stoeterij Zangersheide NV is in possession of a completed and signed contract and after payment of the invoice for this session. The contract can be requested from our secretariat via [email protected]
- Frozen semen of our stallions is stored at Avantea (Italy), Hurkmans (Netherlands), Equiception (Netherlands), U-Gent (Belgium), Embryotools (Spain).
- The ICSI procedure may only take place at the facility of one of the above stations.
- No additional payment should be made based on the number of embryos produced.
- If no embryos are produced, there is no entitlement to any allowance.
