Four Z-horses become Belgian champions in the 4-year-olds category

Over the past few days, we could once again enjoy a lot of international show jumping, but besides that, it was also another important Equestrian weekend on Belgian soil. At the Ecole Provinciale d'Elevage et d'Equitation in Gesves, it was once again gathering time for the Belgian Championship for young horses! From Monday to Sunday, the best 4-, 5- and 6-year-old horses competed against each other for the coveted Belgian title. In all three age categories, a lot of Zangersheide horses of course appeared in the ring again, and they managed to achieve some successes!

In the 4-year-old horses, a total of 35 combinations had managed to qualify for the big denouement on Sunday morning after the two qualification rounds earlier in the week. During that final round, 12 combinations eventually managed to go clear again in both the basic round and the 'jump-off', making them the new Belgian Champions. Of those 12 double clear combinations, 4 horses had the letter Z behind their name.
