From March 7 to 9, 2025, Zangersheide invites you on a unique three-day journey to northern France. This trip offers an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at one of our partners and other top locations in the equestrian world.

Behind the Scenes at Reverdy

Our journey begins at Reverdy, Zangersheide’s partner in equine nutrition. During an extensive tour of their factory, you will discover how feed is formulated for sport horses, broodmares, and foals. What nutrients are essential for a pregnant mare? What is the best start for a newborn foal? Reverdy’s experts will answer all your questions and provide valuable advice.

Mont-Saint-Michel: World Heritage and Culture

After visiting Reverdy, we will travel to our hotel near Mont-Saint-Michel, an iconic island accessible only at low tide. You will have the opportunity to explore this UNESCO World Heritage site at your own pace.

Haras de Beaufour: Expertise of a Top Breeder

On Saturday afternoon, we will pay an exclusive visit to Haras de Beaufour, the stud farm of Eric Levallois, known as a judge at our stallion approvals. During the tour, you will gain insight into his training methods and breeding philosophy.

Zangersheide Stallion Approval in Deauville

After visiting Haras de Beaufour, we will continue to Deauville, a charming coastal town known for its luxurious atmosphere. On Sunday, we will attend the final day of the Zangersheide Stallion Approval at Pôle International du Cheval. We will observe the evaluations, both in free jumping and under saddle, and receive expert explanations on the approval criteria. After the approval, we will return to Lanaken.

Friday, March 7, 2025

05:00 – Departure by bus from Zangersheide towards Reverdy, with stops at carpool locations in Namur and Mons.
13:00 – Arrival at Reverdy, Zangersheide’s feed partner.
13:00 – 17:00 – Guided tour of the Reverdy factory, insights into equine feed production, and nutrition advice for broodmares, foals, and sport horses.
17:00 – Departure for Hotel Ibis Pontorson Baie du Mont-Saint-Michel.
17:45 – Arrival at the hotel.
17:45 – 19:00 – Time to check in and freshen up.
19:00 – 22:00 – Group dinner at the hotel, followed by a relaxed evening at the bar.

08:00 – 09:00 – Breakfast at the hotel.
09:00 – Check-out and departure for Mont-Saint-Michel.
09:30 – Arrival at Mont-Saint-Michel.
09:30 – 13:30 – Free time to explore Mont-Saint-Michel.
13:30 – Return to the mainland.
14:00 – Arrival on the mainland and departure for Haras de Beaufour.
16:00 – Arrival at Haras de Beaufour.
16:00 – 17:00 – Tour of Haras de Beaufour.
17:00 – Departure for Hotel Ibis Deauville Centre.
17:30 – Arrival at the hotel.
17:30 – 19:00 – Time to check in and freshen up.
19:00 – Departure to downtown Deauville.
19:30 – 22:00 – Dinner in Deauville, followed by free time.
